We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The 10-week Summer Analyst Program starts in June with an in-depth education on the fundamentals of the Analyst role, as well as the nuances of Citi’s culture. The program also includes on the desk training, an informative speaker series as well as networking opportunities. Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduating from University to become full-time Analysts and continue their career in technology.

As a Software Engineering Analyst, you will work in an agile software engineering environment, developing quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies. Based on your understanding of business requirements, you will develop code consistent with quality standards, and offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment. To ensure defect-free programming, you will use the appropriate tools to test and debug code and participate in the review of peer coding.

You will have the opportunity to focus on a variety of technologies, like the following:
•    Learn about best Engineering Excellence practices, Minimum Development Standards and Minimum Operational standards set and followed at CITI.
•    Opportunity to work on a small project/Proof of Concept using Core Java/C#/.Net with a SQL/No-SQL DB as backend(Oracle/MongoDB/Neo4J/Redis/HDFS/Cassandra) and React JS/Angular based front end.
•    Get basic understanding of latest design and software architecture patterns and frameworks - Microservices, APIs, Spring Core/MVC/Boot/Cloud, REST and so on.
•    Get basic understanding of event streaming/messaging systems using KAFKA or similar technology.
•    Understand CI/CD with exposure to various software development tools like: JIRA, Zephry, BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, Openshift(ECS/Docker
•    Exposure to Containers using Docker/Kubernetes

CRIU Program Support Analyst

The Program Support Analyst is responsible for raising program risks and gaps as well as providing support in the development and ongoing evolution of the Global CRIU process and program document requirements. Qualifications:

Compliance AML Execution Analyst with Russian or Kazakh

This is a Senior Analyst position responsible for performing risk and compliance reviews in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team.   • Coordinate / project manage the timely creation and delivery of training content modules to the Central Controls Training team.  Including documenting project plans, minutes, agenda items for training module rollout.
  • Working with the Central Controls Training team, play a key team role in the rollout / delivery of each training module and related communications.
  • Administrative support for Training Squad compiled of multiple Business / Function Training Leads, communicating progress and seeking their engagement.
  • Act as single point of contact to handle all training queries from FLUs including audience list change management/reporting.
  • Write communications to senior and broad audiences directing them on actions to take and their role in relation to the MCA program where applicable.
  • Build, maintain and manage document depositories.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Risk and Control.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives or roll out Training programs.
  • Document depository management experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis/ governance skills leveraging Microsoft tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, listen and work well with others. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, making recommendations of solutions and improvements. Responsibilities also include software quality assurance testing.

  • Conducts complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments; reports issues and makes recommendations for solutions.

  • Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully / clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle; makes recommendations for enhanced documentation.

  • Monitors products for conformance to standards; monitors processes for conformance to procedures; identifies risks and recommends solutions; ensures annual organizational reviews of standards and procedures are conducted.

  • Documents findings and performs root cause analyses to provide recommended improvements. Independently recommends solutions and improvements to existing standards and procedures; collaborates with other areas in technology to develop new standards and procedures.

  • Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented and completed. Verifies traceability in project work products. Gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics.

  • Exhibits sound understanding of concepts and principles in own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.

  • Requires in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality and has basic commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience as an IT Quality Test Automation Developer role.

  • Practical knowledge in building and maintaining test source code using an automation test tool including BDD/TDD techniques

  • Selenium Webdriver or similar skills and Cucumber or similar is preferred.

  • Java programming .

  • Demonstrable knowledge of API structures, SQL, XML, JSON is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
